Position: Graduate Student in the Clinical-Health Psychology program, since Fall 2018.

Educational Background: B.Sc. in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia

Research Interests: My research focuses on the relationship between sleep in mood disorders. I am also interested in the interplay of sleep and circadian rhythms and discrepancies between measurements of sleep. 

About me: In my spare time you can find me at the yoga studio, weight lifting, or trying to find a mountain to hike. I am a self-proclaimed foodie who loves avocados and drinking copious amounts of coffee.
